Every farm and even every harvest always yields a bit of a different delightful result, so sometimes Colombian coffee can be more on the chocolate-y side, and sometimes it is balanced with some sweet citrus acidity as well. This particular roast gifts us with coffee that tips the scale more in favor of the rich chocolate-y notes, a true pleasure to brew and sip.
USDA Organic Certified products must be produced using agricultural production practices that foster resource cycling, promote ecological balance, maintain and improve soil and water quality, minimize the use of synthetic materials, and conserve biodiversity.
